Merchandise

Exchanges or store credit are available on merchandise purchased within 15 days with the original receipt. Items without receipts cannot be accepted. No refunds or exchanges on any special orders, cut, restrung, or used items. All stamps, books, purses, ready-made items, seasonal, and custom jewelry sales are final.

If you have made your purchase online, you may exchange or return it for store credit by mail or in person within 20 days of the placement of the order.  Please include a copy of your invoice, insure the package for your protection and return via UPS or USPS to:

Classes

Abeille reserves the right to cancel any class. We will refund your registration fee if you are unable to attend a proposed make up date.

If you are unable to attend a class, please call to reschedule or cancel. Store credit will be given for cancelations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of a class, unless otherwise noted. All other cancelations or no-shows are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Services

No refunds on any services rendered. Workmanship only is guaranteed for 7 days from time of service performed.
