Abeille offers shipping in the continental United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). When you place your order, the weight of your items will automatically be calculated and you will be provided with the shipping cost for the following shipping options:

• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Second Day Air
• UPS Ground

You may also pick up your order in our store using the In-Store Pickup option at no charge.

Please note that orders are fulfilled Tuesdays through Saturdays. We make best attempts to fill orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be filled on Tuesdays.

Errors, Damages, and Shortages

Please advise us within 5 days of receipt if your order is not correct or if it arrived damaged.

What if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

Please contact us if your package has not arrived in a timely manner. We will track your package and attempt to figure out what the problem is.
