Learn Peyote! This class is suitable for both those have never strung a bead before as well as those who have beading experience but wish to learn peyote stitch. In this single session 3 hour class, you will learn how to use peyote stitch to make a beautiful woven bracelet. Although the project will not be completed in class, you will leave with the knowledge of how to finish it on your own.

  • 150 coordinating cube beads (optional)

Introduction to Wet Felting (Beads) Class

Learn to create your own felted beads using wool roving! These beads can be used in both jewelry making and as an embellishment in knitting or crocheting.

This is a two-part class. In the first session, students will be introduced to the wet felting process. The class will cover the process of wet felting round beads, how to pierce them, and how to string them. There will be an assortment of colorful roving to choose from.

In the second session, we will cover a variety of decoration techniques for felt beads. Learn to embellish your beads using yarn, wool and seed beads. We will be needle felting, wet felting and stitching, as well as using a combination of these techniques.

Sparkling Crystal Rings II

Learn to make a stunning ring with Swarovski® crystals and seed beads! Techniques covered in the class include right-angle stitch and other ways of working with clear mono-filament.

You will also learn how to make rings in all different sizes. This class is suited for all skill levels and is a wonderful introduction to making beaded rings. Also, with so many colors to pick from, the color combinations are endless! Two sparkling rings will be completed in class.
